Thank you for purchasing artwork from Alice Mawdsley.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
Each artwork is made and/or printed specifically to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for any of the following products:

Original artwork

Limited edition prints

Commissions

Custom or personalised items

Made-to-order artwork
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photographs of the packaging

Photographs of the damage to the artwork
We will then assess whether a replacement, repair, or insurance claim may be possible. If damage is confirmed, buyers are not charged for replacement costs.
Please note: Minor variations in colour, tone or texture due to screen differences are not considered faults.
Shipping Errors
If you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange shipment of the correct artwork at no additional charge.
Commissioned Artwork
All commissioned work is non-refundable and non-returnable, as approval is given throughout the creation process.
